DevOps plays a central role in how Codeway products scale and perform, giving you the chance to work on systems that power millions of users.

Codeway DevOps360 is a rotational program designed for future engineers to explore DevOps, Developer Platform, and AI Platform, the key foundations that keep our global apps fast, reliable, and impactful.

DevOps

Building cloud platforms, delivering reliable developer experiences.

Developer Platform

Enabling developers to build, ship, run efficiently.

AI Platform

Building AI platform, accelerating ML lifecycle end-to-end.

Every 3 months, you’ll rotate between focus areas, learning new tools, solving real problems, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand how large-scale systems work in practice. You’ll gain hands-on experience while discovering what kind of engineer you truly want to become.

By the end of the program, you’ll have the chance to continue full-time in the area that best matches your skills and interests. Let’s turn your internship into a long-term career path at Codeway.

‍WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
‍

·  Senior student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or engineering related fields.

·  Strong passion for technology and engineering, with curiosity to explore automation, cloud, and DevOps systems.

·  Foundational knowledge in a scripting language such as Python or Node.js.

·  Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, eager to use data to inform decisions.

·  Interest in DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and large-scale system operations, with a drive to learn best practices.

·  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in team settings.

·  Ability to learn fast and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·  Attention to detail, creativity, and proactive mindset to contribute to real projects from day one.

·  Enthusiasm for hands-on experience, mentoring, and continuous growth, with a goal of eventually joining full-time.
