DramaPops is a fast-growing vertical drama app redefining how people experience storytelling. We deliver addictive, emotional, and cinematic series, all in vertical format.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer who can lead the creative heartbeat of our productions from script to screen. If you live and breathe storytelling, understand what makes audiences binge, and can turn a good idea into an unforgettable drama, we’d love to meet you.

‍WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
‍

· Lead the creative process of multiple vertical series (short drama) productions from concept to final delivery.

· Develop and refine scripts with writers, ensuring every episode has the right pacing, hooks, and cliffhangers.

· Collaborate with production houses, directors, and editors to maintain DramaPops’ signature style and quality.

· Oversee casting, shooting, and post-production, ensuring storytelling and visuals fit the vertical format perfectly.

· Stay ahead of trends in storytelling, from competitor platforms to web novels.

‍WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
‍

· A creative powerhouse who understands drama, pacing, and emotional storytelling.

· Experienced in film, or TV production, preferably with digital platforms.

· Skilled in working with writers, directors, and editors under tight timelines.

· Obsessed with cliffhangers, twists, and addictive storylines.

· Organized, proactive, and collaborative—a true producer who can bring chaos into order.

· Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

· Have a strong understanding of romance genre.

· Background in screenwriting or story development is a plus.

· Ambitious and eager to keep learning the evolving art of vertical storytelling.
