We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer Intern (Brand) to join this team.

You’ll work side by side with our Brand Designer and the entire Brand Team, bringing creative ideas to life through thoughtful design and execution. If you’re passionate about visuals, love exploring new tools (especially AI), and want to understand how design builds a brand from the inside out, this is your place.

This role is hands-on: editing, organizing, creating, and evolving designs that move fast and stay true to Codeway’s spirit.

‍WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
‍

· Create and adapt visuals for social media content and ongoing brand projects.

· Create static designs for socials and multi-channel campaigns (from hiring ads to success and product comms) optimized for fast-moving digital environments.

· Contribute to Codeway event design, preparing production files and ensuring materials are print-ready.

· Keep design files, assets, and Figma projects organized for efficient workflow.

· Gather visual inspiration and prepare moodboards for upcoming projects.

· Help turn creative concepts into cohesive design assets that align with Codeway’s visual language.

· Explore and experiment with AI tools to improve design workflows.

· Collaborate with the Brand Team to maintain consistency across every brand touchpoint — from highlight covers to campaign visuals.

· Work with Communication and Event teams whenever design supports larger brand stories.

‍WHAT YOU’LL BRING
‍

· Currently studying in a design-related field (Visual Communication, Graphic Design, etc.)

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)

· Basic understanding of Figma

· Curiosity for AI-based design tools and awareness of visual trends

· Strong eye for detail, organization, and visual harmony

· Openness to feedback, curiosity, and collaborative spirit

· Fluent English and ability to understand creative briefs clearly

· Excitement to create designs that are part of Codeway’s real communication and experience

· Have drawing or illustration skills

· Have experience preparing print or production files
