Anyone in their final year of university or a recent (or soon-to-be) graduate can apply. We’re looking for bold learners, people who are curious, driven, and ready to dive into something new, whether they’ve explored this field before or not.
It’s absolutely not a requirement! Even if you don’t have any marketing experience, what matters most is your interest in the field and your eagerness to learn. Your passion and curiosity are what we value the most.
Codeway Marketing Academy is designed for final-year university students and recent graduates. However, if you’re close to graduating and have a strong interest in marketing, we’d be happy to consider your application.
The application process is quite simple! Just fill out our online application form. No additional documents are required, but if you’d like to share a motivation letter to support your application, we’d be happy to read it 😊
Our event will take place at Codeway’s office. Our office is located in Ferko Plaza, in Levent, Şişli.
The event will take place in person at our office over the course of two days, so you’ll need to be available to attend on both days.
Yes! We’ll cover transportation and accommodation for participants coming from outside Istanbul. If you’re based in the city, we’ll also provide shuttle services from key locations around Istanbul.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days of the event.
We love when people bring their own style at Codeway, so no dress code for the event, wear whatever makes you feel like you.
If you're shortlisted, you'll have a quick 15–20 minute chat with our HR team. It's a casual conversation. Nothing to stress about. We just want to get to know you better, hear about your background, and understand your motivation for joining the event. No tricky questions, no surprise tests. Just a chance for us to see if it’s a good match on both sides.
Successful participants will have the chance to gain real-world experience in marketing at Codeway. We’ll offer entry-level opportunities for recent graduates and internship opportunities for current students.
