Position

For us at Codeway, branding is much more than a logo or a color palette. It is our unique way of communicating the matchless culture we’ve built at Codeway.

Our social media accounts, events, happy hours, merchs… Every one of them owe their originality to the unique touch of our graphic designers. From social media posts to the label of our new Codebeer edition, you will have a chance to work on many different designs which will broaden your scope and portfolio.

As an Jr. Graphic Designer, your designs will be posted and seen by thousands of people, they get printed, produced and create some real impact. While we always try to take our branding game to the next level, and produce amazing content at scale, we are looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our Brand Marketing team.

What You’ll Bring

· Currently studying or recently graduated from related fields

· Strong ability to use Adobe programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

· Strong portfolio that shows your unique skillset and design approach

· Creative and fast-learner

· Open to receive positive and constructive feedback

· Self-starter, loves doing your own research and come up with new ideas

· Willing to go beyond the creative brief, not afraid of adding your own perspective to your work

· Ability to create design files ready to get printed or published

· Willingness to make any design work to get its fullest potential by making many fine-tune revisions

· Designing different alternatives to briefs

What You’ll be Doing

· Becoming the visual mastermind behind our brand communication: You’ll help us develop a holistic approach to branding by reflecting our core values in every piece of visual content you deliver

· Designing engaging visuals for online platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels such as third party websites.

· Crafting the visual communication materials for offline events such as Happy Hours, campus events, Hackathons, outdoor parties, etc.

· Designing branded items such as coffee cups, promotional items, notebooks, wearables, etc.

· Iterating on the visual design based on the data-based feedback you receive from the Brand Marketing team. (Know the exact impact of your effort in terms of views, likes, clicks or other engagement metrics)

· Understanding the #CodewayLifestyle clearly, and creating visual content that’s aligned with our values
