POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an Learning & Development Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore the intersection of human resources and emerging technologies, focusing on AI tools and industry trends. You'll play a key part in developing insightful content, assisting with technology integration, and enhancing our internal communication strategies. If you have a keen interest in HR and technology and possess strong research and communication skills, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our forward-thinking team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

·      Develop content such as newsletters, blog posts, or internal communications about AI tools and HR trends.

·      Monitor and analyze industry trends in human resources with a focus on developments in AI and technology.

·      Assist in the implementation and integration of new HR and technology solutions.

·      Help organize and facilitate training sessions related to new technologies and HR practices.

·      Develop and implement strategies to improve internal communication regarding technology updates and HR initiatives.

·      Identify areas for improvement in current HR processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

·      Contribute to strategic planning meetings by providing insights into emerging trends and technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

·      Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

·      Interest in technology, AI tools and HR trends.

·      Strong research skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and related technology tools.

·      Proficiency in English is a must.

·      Innovative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
