What You’ll be Doing

‍

·       Drive growth: Manage user acquisition campaigns on ad networks such as Facebook, TikTok, Google, Unity, ironSource etc.

·       Be data-driven: Build and monitor BI dashboards, optimize marketing budget across different regions and platforms

·       Get analytically creative: Test new marketing creatives and support marketing artists with data-driven insights, and sometimes even your intuition

·       Stay on top of trends: Be the first one to hop on the latest TikTok trend, analyze what’s happening on social, and connect the dots to ideate content that clicks with potential users

·       See the big picture: Work closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape monetization strategies

·       Build fruitful relationships: Manage relationships with external agencies and ad networks such as Facebook, TikTok and Google

·       Validate new ideas: Run marketability tests for new ideas, and play a key role in deciding the next product we’ll build

What You’ll Bring

·       Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

·       A self-starter attitude, a solid sense of responsibility.

·       Ability to thrive as part of a team, prioritizing team’s success.

·       Immense curiosity and appetite for mobile growth.

·       Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.

·       Strong English communication skills.

·       University degree or equivalent experience.

·       Though not required, it is a big bonus if you have past experience running user acquisition for mobile apps or games.
