What You'll Be Doing

·      Build and manage talent andcandidate databases aligned with key talent requirements.

·      Collaborate with the business toidentify candidate profiles and gain valuable insights.

·      Review job applications andevaluating candidates via our ATS tool (Lever).

·      Conduct active candidate researchusing relevant candidate databases and identify potential candidates.

·      Continuously evaluate and improverecruitment strategies and processes.

·      Create and post job advertisements.

·      Organized to coordinate, track, andreport on recruitment processes.

·      Keep up with HR technologies andinnovations in recruitment processes.

·      Assist the HR team in the wholerecruitment process.  

 

What You'll Bring

·      Bachelor's student (3rd or 4th year)or fresh graduate.

·      Minimum 3 days of weekdaysavailability.

·      Ability to manage a high load ofapplications while keeping a professional attitude.

·      Adapt to teamwork and collaborateeffectively.

·      Manage priorities and multitaskefficiently.

·      Ability to work in a fast-pacedstartup environment.

·      Have excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English.
