WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
· Finding, hiring, and onboarding exceptional talents aligned with our culture and mission.
· Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels—job boards, social media, and headhunting—in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Contributing to our unique company culture by bringing the right people together.
· Collaborating closely with executives to design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
· Keeping up with industry trends and continuously improving our hiring roadmap.
· Partnering with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process—from interviews and evaluations to offer negotiations.
· Improving the candidate experience by identifying process improvement opportunities based on feedback.
· Contributing creative ideas and actively participating in employer branding initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
· A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or similar fields)
· At least 2 years of experience in recruitment—preferably within technology companies.
· A strong passion for team building and working with people.
· Ability to handle a high volume of applications with a well-organized and professional approach.
· Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow continuously.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to understand people’s needs and expectations.
· Clear and confident communication skills to express ideas effectively.
· Flexibility and resilience to adapt in a fast-changing startup environment.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own workload.
· Determination to keep searching for the right candidates, even when it takes time.
· A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different teams.
· Full professional proficiency in English—both written and spoken.
· Proficiency in ATS Systems.
· A strong sense of ownership and responsibility—you don’t just contribute, you take charge of your work.
