Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Hiring Process

Application Process

Can I apply for more than one role at the same time?

Yes. If you find multiple openings that align with your skills and career goals, you’re welcome to apply to more than one role. However, we recommend reviewing the job descriptions carefully to identify which role best reflects your strengths.

I applied but didn’t pass the case study or interviews. Can I reapply?

Absolutely. If your process didn’t move forward after the case study or interviews, take it as a growth opportunity. We encourage you to assess areas where you could improve, work on your development, and reapply after six months.

I really want to work at Codeway but don’t have any professional experience. What should I do?

Professional experience isn’t a must, what matters most is your willingness to learn and your motivation to grow. If you haven’t worked professionally yet, you can still build experience through personal projects or relevant courses. We value the effort you put into self-development, open-source contributions, and personal initiatives.

I’m eager to work at Codeway, but I don’t see an open role that fits my skills. Can I submit a general application?

Currently, we don’t accept general applications. We only process applications submitted to active job postings. We recommend checking back and applying once there’s an opening that matches your skills and interests.

Where can I follow your job openings?

You can follow all our current openings on LinkedIn and on Codeway’s official careers page.

How long will it take to hear back after I apply?

Your application is carefully reviewed by our hiring team, not by an automated system. We do our best to understand your potential and the value you’d bring to Codeway. While the process might vary based on role requirements and application volume, you’ll definitely hear back from us within 2 weeks. We know waiting can be hard, but we take care to make the right decision for you and for us.

Hiring Process

What does your hiring process look like?
  1. Application – Submit your application via our website or LinkedIn.

  2. Case Study – If things move forward, we’ll send you a case study to better understand your skills.

  3. HR Interview – If your case is successful, we’ll have a chat about your experience, expectations, and how we can succeed together.

  4. Technical Interview – You’ll meet your potential team or team lead so we can assess your technical skills.

  5. Welcome aboard! – You’re officially part of the team! 🚀

I’ve been invited to an interview. How should I prepare?

First of all: relax! 🙂 We see interviews not just as a way to assess you, but also as a chance for you to get to know Codeway better. Share your experiences, motivation, and the value you can bring to the team. Most importantly: just be yourself!

My application to Codeway wasn’t successful. Can you share feedback?

At Codeway, we believe feedback is an important part of growth. However, due to the volume of applications, we’re not able to provide individual feedback to every candidate. That said, we hope the experience you gained during the process supports your career journey ahead.

Working Conditions

Can I work remotely, or do I need to be in the office all the time?

We follow a hybrid working model at Codeway. We believe in the power of collaboration, creativity, and learning. So we’ve built a flexible system where you can work from the office when needed, and from home when it makes sense.

What are the working conditions for part-time and intern roles? How many days a week are required?

We expect our interns and part-time team members to be available at least 3 days per week. You can find more details in the specific job postings.

Are your internship programs paid?

Yes, of course. We value the work and contributions of our interns. That’s why all our internships are paid, with a competitive and fair compensation package. Interns are fully involved in real projects and gain hands-on experience. For us, internships are not just about learning; they’re about mutual value creation.

What are your working hours?

We have flexible working hours, but most of our collaboration happens between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

What benefits do you offer?

We’ll be adding our full list of benefits here soon.

Career Development

Can I switch departments after joining Codeway?

At Codeway, we encourage our team members to grow deep in their areas of expertise. However, if over time your skills and interests evolve in a new direction, we have systems in place to support that transition too.

Will I be able to grow my career quickly at Codeway?

Absolutely! At Codeway, career growth isn’t just tied to time — it’s shaped by your talent and effort. What matters most to us is your willingness to learn and grow. Even if you start with little experience, you’ll be part of meaningful projects from day one. Many of our teammates joined with limited experience and took on big responsibilities in a short time — and the same opportunity is here for you. 🙂

Do you support training or certification programs?

Yes. At Codeway, we’re committed to supporting your development. We’ll help you access training, online courses, and certifications that strengthen your skills and move you closer to your career goals.
