POSITION
We’re looking for an intern who lives and breathes trends, knows what makes content go viral, and has a strong eye for rising talent. This is a hybrid role where you'll support both our Codeway Creator Academy and our affiliate network.
From scouting up-and-coming creators and writing outreach messages to keeping campaigns on track and analyzing results — you’ll be part of the engine that drives creator success at Codeway.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
· Reach out to university students and young creators on platforms like TikTok and YouTube who would be a strong fit for Codeway Creator Academy and create viral contents with them for Codeway mobile apps. · Additionally, discover creators/partners for our performance-driven affiliate campaigns.
· Help manage content briefs, deadlines, and creator communications.
· Spot trending formats and brainstorm creative ways to apply them to our apps.
· Additionally, discover creators/partners for our performance-driven affiliate campaignsHelp manage content briefs, deadlines, and creator communications.
· Track performance metrics and support reporting for influencer campaigns.
· Spread the word about Creator Academy on campus, in clubs, and in Gen Z communities.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
· Currently in their 3rd or 4th year of university
· Passionate about content, TikTok trends, and the creator environment
· A natural relationship-builder who isn’t afraid to take initiative and reach out
· A strong communicator with excellent written English!
· Familiar with basic marketing concepts (bonus points for experience with affiliate platforms like Impact)
· Organized, proactive, and always eager to learn and grow
